A new version 19.3 of the Human Protein Atlas released with secreted protein information and new 3-D movie.

A new version 19.3 of the Human Protein Atlas has been launched with additional information on the gene summary page for protein predicted to be secreted (1). This information is included on the summary page of each gene. The annotation of the genes predicted to be secreted will be updated in each new version of the Human Protein Atlas. The Brain Atlas information pages have also been updated with reference to the Brain Atlas article published today in Science (2).

In addition, the HPA YouTube channel has been updated with a tutorial five-minute video showing the location of the orphan receptor GPR151 using a 3-D movie generated with light sheet microscopy at the Department of Neuroscience, Karolinska Institutet, Stockholm (reference Csaba Adori).
